SignalOME Circadian Panel — CLOCK/BMAL1 Cascade Testing
CLOCK/BMAL1 · diurnal rhythm

Circadian panel

The master timing network. Shift work, jet lag and irregular eating pull the master clock out of phase — read through a four-point cortisol rhythm and the thyroid axis.

The cascade

The master timing network.

CLOCK/BMAL1 synchronizes every peripheral clock in the body. Shift work, jet lag and irregular eating pull it out of phase. Read here through a four-point salivary cortisol rhythm and the thyroid axis that tracks it.

The four-point salivary cortisol is collected at home with a mail-in kit; TSH and Free T3 are drawn from blood.

The workflow

One order. A cascade readout.

01 / ORDER

Order

Complete the order form below. A requisition is generated for your draw — no separate paperwork.

02 / DRAW

Draw

A single blood draw at any patient service center, plus a mail-in salivary kit.

03 / MAP

Map & modulate

Results are mapped to the CLOCK/BMAL1 cascade against optimization targets, then reviewed with your clinician.
